How online coaching works

  1. Intro call

A free video chat about your goals, your week and any injuries.

  2. Health screen and plan

A pre-exercise health screen, then a program written for the equipment you have.

  3. Train and send form videos

Short clips of key lifts get feedback, so technique stays safe as the work gets harder.

  4. Check in and adjust

Regular video check-ins review how things are going and update the plan.

Questions

Do I need a gym?

No. Your program is built around what you have, whether that is a full gym, a few dumbbells at home or just your own bodyweight.

What happens on the intro call?

A free video call to talk about your goals, your schedule and any history of injury, and to see whether online coaching suits you. There is no obligation to sign up.

How does online coaching work week to week?

You get a written program, send short videos of key exercises for form feedback, and have regular video check-ins where the plan is adjusted to how you are going.

Can you help with what I eat?

Sessions include general healthy-eating guidance in line with the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Dedicated sports nutrition coaching will be offered once Ashly completes her nutrition qualification.

I have an injury or a health condition. Is this right for me?

Every new client completes a pre-exercise health screen. If you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant, you may be asked to check with your GP or physiotherapist before starting.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on how often you check in and is explained on your intro call, before you commit to anything.
